Novus was founded in 2007 by Ashok and D. Varada — two brothers from Visakhapatnam who grew up watching the local construction industry compromise on the things buyers couldn't see. They started Novus on a single principle: build every structure as if their own family were going to occupy it.
Seventeen years and forty-plus completed projects later, that principle remains the only thing that hasn't changed. We don't compete on the lowest bid. We don't hand over keys with paperwork pending. We don't oversell amenities we can't engineer.
Today, Novus operates across three sectors — residential gated communities, commercial buildings, and industrial structures — with a permanent on-staff team of structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project managers.
